Zumba and dance instructors will be gathering on stage from 2.30pm-4:30pm to teach a non-stop, engaging dance style work out. The music will combine the styles of salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, tango and more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zumba offers physical, mental, and social benefits as a full body work-out which can improve<br>co-ordination, boost your mood, and provide a safe and encouraging space to learn how to dance which supports you to feel connected to a community.&nbsp;&nbsp;Designed to bring people together who are looking to dance, de-stress, meet new people, try something new and have fun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event is part of the wider programme \u2018Active Body, Healthy Mind\u2019.&nbsp;A partnership between Redbridge Institute of Adult Education and&nbsp;Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure was created to deliver an exciting programme of physical activity taster sessions across Redbridge. The FREE sessions are aimed at supporting adults (19+) to be more active, find their \u2018thing\u2019 and encourage them to take part on a more regular basis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Physical activity has the potential to boost and enhance all aspects of our wellbeing and support us to feel connected to ourselves and others.
