Our Nature Conservation Team is proud to announce the very first Annual Apple Festival, celebrating the delicious, locally grown produce of Redbridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Across our Vision Parks \u2013 including Hainault Forest, Roding Valley Park, and Claybury Park\u00a0\u2013 we care for several thriving orchards. This summer, our dedicated volunteers joined the team for a series of harvest days, helping us gather an impressive crop of fresh apples – over half a tonne picked straight from the trees!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From field to fork, these apples are making their way to 1856 Caf\u00e9 at Hainault Forest, where our chefs have created a special treat for the week: homemade apple crumble with custard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Children eat free!<\/strong> From 1\u20135 September, every children\u2019s meal comes with a complimentary apple crumble and custard, helping to make \u201cfive a day\u201d even more fun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
