Take part in engaging activities and access local support services &#8211; all under one roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Launch Event Details: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Location: Redbridge Central Library<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date: Tuesday 6 May 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time: 10am to 12pm <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activities Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All morning: Kurling &amp; Boccia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10:30am to 11am &#8211; Zumba Gold (low intensity)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11am to 11:30am &#8211; Seated Yoga &amp; Mindfulness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information stalls <\/strong>will also be available throughout the morning, featuring support from: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Age UK<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uniting Friends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coping Through Football<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Havering Crest PCN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>and more &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>All sessions are free, but a booking in advance is required.
