Outdoor learning and play can help to motivate and stimulate young minds, and positively contribute to children\u2019s health and wellbeing. Having experiences in parks and green spaces allows a connection to develop between young people and the natural world. It can even contribute to safeguarding the environment for future generations!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Every year our Nature Conservation and Forest Rangers work with children from Redbridge and the surrounding boroughs, through environmental education sessions, community group activities and nature events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These formal sessions occur at two of our parks: Hainault Forest and Ray Park. Both sites set up specifically for environmental education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
