Please contact the centre for further information on any of our programmes or to book a session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-vision-heading\" id=\"h-strider-bikes\"><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-vision-heading\" id=\"h-learn-to-ride\">Learn to Ride<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The centre offers learn to ride coaching for all ages from&nbsp;6 upwards and including adults, it is never too late to learn! Sessions available for 1 to 1 session \u00a340 for 1 hour or if you book for 2 participants you get a 10% discount for 1 hour \u00a372. Sessions include a bike, helmet and instruction. Most people pick up the basics of riding within the hour and&nbsp;do not require any further sessions, however the centre can also provide follow up sessions&nbsp;or refreshers if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-vision-heading\" id=\"h-improve-your-cycling\">Improve Your Cycling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cycling Centre&nbsp;can also help cyclists to develop their skills, improve their performance or work towards a long term goal with either one-off coaching sessions or a coaching plan.
