Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure is a registered charity and as a non-profit organisation any surplus we make will be reinvested for community benefit, to improve the quality of facilities and services offered to you. As a social enterprise Vision RCL is committed to working in partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge to deliver a wide range of leisure and cultural services to the communities that we serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company is overseen by a Board of 7 Director Trustees including 8 Community representatives and 2 local councillors. The company is led by Iain Varah<\/strong> \u2013 Chief Executive and his senior management team: Gareth Morley<\/strong> \u2013 Director of Arts Culture & Libraries and Kevin Wackett<\/strong> \u2013 Director of Parks & Open Spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vision RCL is a customer focused organisation and our aim is to continually improve the delivery of sustainable leisure and cultural services.
