Do I need to pre-book to use gym or\npool<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All gym and\npool sessions are 55 minutes long and must be pre-booked online via website or\nAPP. All non-members must pay in advance for sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will gym and pool have reduced\nnumbers?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All gym and\npool sessions will have reduced numbers in line with Government and Industry\nguidance. These maximum capacity numbers will not be exceeded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How will gym equipment be clean? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gym users\nmust wipe down gym equipment prior to and after using, and gym staff will be in\ngyms cleaning equipment throughout sessions. Cleaning stations with cleaning\nproducts and hand sanitiser are placed next to equipment such as free weights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How will changing rooms be kept\nclean?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gym and\nclass users will need to come to facilities ready to exercise and no showers or\nchanging rooms will be available. The exception will be South Woodford Gym as\nchanging pods in situ. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swimming\npool changing rooms will be staffed at all times who will be cleaning. Fullwell\nCross changing rooms are now unisex with alternate changing rooms being used\neach session. This will allow full cleaning when not in use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayfield and\nLoxford pool changing rooms will be cleaned between each pool session and the\npool programme has been written to provide cleaning breaks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How will studio classes work with\nsocial distancing?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studios will\nbe configured to allow social distancing in classes, with reduced numbers where\nrequired, or classes will be moved to larger venues to accommodate\nparticipants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you implementing track and trace?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, as all\nusers of any activity require to be pre-booked online through our website or\nAPP, we will have details on our system for each activity and session and if\nrequired for track and trace<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not comfortable returning to a\nleisure centre at present. Can I continue to suspend my membership?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, you can\ncontinue to freeze your membership and this can be done by writing to membership@vision-rcl.org.uk<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have an annual membership. What\nwill happen to the months when the facilities were closed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
