On receipt of this information the Head of Parks and Open Spaces will consider your application along with taking into consideration any other activities that may be going on in the parks.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-vision-heading\" id=\"h-more-information\">More information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are applying as an organisation, you will need to apply for a permit for each trainer that will be operating in the parks, a permit will be issued for each trainer and ensures they are all adequately qualified, insured and in some cases CRB checked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your application is successful, you will be issued with a permit from the Parks Development Team to operate within Redbridge parks. You will need to bring this to each session to confirm your identity should you be challenged by a member of staff. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any litter generated form the event must be picked up and taken away from the site. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The majority of parks and open spaces do not have any toilet facilities; therefore it may be necessary to inform the participants of this fact. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All music must be covered by PRS and not cause nuisance to park users\/neighbour <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> The annual fee for this permit is \u00a3300+VAT per park<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The permit holder must adhere to the Terms and Conditions and provide Vision with the means to review the application if the permit holder grows their service to a much larger scale or extorts the permit in any way. Vision will also monitor where and how permit holders operate taking into consideration other park users and groups. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a
