Vision Redbridge run swimming lessons for swimmers of all ages and abilities across 3 swimming pools, Caterham High School, Loxford Leisure Centre and Mayfield Leisure Centre.  Lessons run available all year round, with a short break over Christmas and run 7 days a week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Swim England Learn to Swim Programme is the leading national teaching syllabus for delivering safe, inclusive<\/a> and effective swimming lessons for all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The structured and progressive content is based on a games-led approach to ensure children enjoy learning.  And with a bright new range of badges and certificates, the Programme provides motivation and support for children at every level \u2013 from their first splash to gaining their enhanced aquatic skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We run swimming lessons for children ages 3+ and follow the official Swim England Learn to Swim Framework.

Adult Swimming Lessons<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Adult lessons are run at all pools, in addition Women Only lessons are held at Mayfield and Loxford Leisure Centres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The London Borough of Redbridge Swim Club is a friendly and family orientated club offering high quality teaching. The club is one of the top competitive swimming clubs in Essex and London. We are looking for hard working swimmers of all ages and abilities to join the Swim Club. We are offering a free swimming trial and a consultation with the Head Coach is available to assess your swimming ability and which squad would be best for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
