We agree that there is no hierarchy within or amongst the protected characteristics.\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recognising our own biases,\u202fcommitting to active listening and learning to understand the experiences of all Redbridge residents.\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenging discriminatory ROA is actively participating in the development and review of EDI actions of Without Walls- an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img welcomed\u201d- <\/em>ROA sits on the Without Walls Diversity Inclusion Action Group, contributing to the development and delivery of strategy and policy.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ROA management have joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tonictheatre.co.uk\/tonic-changemakers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tonic Changemaker\u2019s Programme<\/a> for further training, networking and events to develop change in our EDI work.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Commitment to Anti-Racism<\/em><strong> <\/strong>\u2013 ROA will<strong> <\/strong>refer to an Anti-Racism toolkit to support inclusive work practices, drawing on resources from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incartsunlock.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anti-racism | Inc Arts Unlock | United Kingdom<\/a>, Without Walls and Outdoor Arts UK.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Commitment to Access<\/em> \u2013 As highlighted in our Accessibility pledge, Redbridge Outdoor Arts is committed to reviewing and developing our accessibility offer for artists, audiences, staff and volunteers&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3
