{"id":106333,"date":"2024-12-12T16:55:41","date_gmt":"2024-12-12T16:55:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/visionrcl.org.uk\/?page_id=106333"},"modified":"2024-12-13T19:18:51","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T19:18:51","slug":"mildmay-ladies-only-gym-conversion-building-works-contract","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/isca00.bigwaveserver.co.uk\/~visionrc\/mildmay-ladies-only-gym-conversion-building-works-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"Mildmay Ladies Only Gym Conversion Building Works Contract"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container container mb-2\">\n\t\n\n<p>Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure, in partnership with Redbridge Council, seek to convert existing office and community hall space at Mildmay House into a gym, studio, treatment room and lounge facility for women only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a main contractor to complete the building refurbishment and redecoration works of the existing premises, in order to deliver a new facility with a modern and contemporary style and finish. We aim to deliver a warm and welcoming facility, with a quality\/aspirational look and feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a facility where our customers will come to work out, take part in a fitness classs, have a spa-style treatment or relax and spend dwell time. All colours and finished will be agreed with Vision RCL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are keen to work with a contractor with demonstrable experience of similar projects. We aim to open the brand new facility by 1st May 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The building is closed to the public and ready for project mobilisation at the earliest opportunity. So we are seeking a contractor who can work with us to achieve the project vision and milestone dates, with a clear understanding of the project aims and practicalities of how the building will be used in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All paint finishes to be Dulux Diamond, or similar. Woodwork to be varnish\/eggshell as agreed. All colours choices to be agreed with the client.
