On Friday 31 October 2025, you are invited to join us at Redbridge Central Library from 12pm to 6pm for the second day of our annual Festival of the Dead.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Everyone (big and small) is invited to come dressed up in brightly coloured clothes or their favourite Day of the Dead<\/strong> inspired costumes to join in with the celebrations and take part in the lantern parade. Prizes<\/strong> will be awarded to the best dressed!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some workshops and activities are available to book in advance<\/strong> with remaining spaces available to purchase on a first come, first served basis on the day. All other activities are drop in between 12-4pm Please check the information for each activity carefully. <\/strong>During busier periods,  we will limit how many people can come in. This is for the safety and enjoyment of everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All craft activities will finish at 4.30pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ilford Procession<\/strong> will leave the library between 4.45pm and 5pm. If weather conditions are bad, we may have to cancel the parades at short notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
