Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for ZUMBA in Mayfield Leisure Centre to celebrate National Fitness Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zumba is a fun and energetic workout that combines Latin and international music with dance steps to create a workout that\u2019s as enjoyable as it is effective. The choreography is designed to be easy to follow, even for those of us with no dance experience.
Following this session, you will have the opportunity to talk to the team and ask any questions about the services Vision RCL have to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute of Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
