Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for ZUMBA in Ken Aston Square to celebrate National Fitness Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zumba is a fun and energetic workout that combines Latin and international music with dance steps to create a workout that\u2019s as enjoyable as it is effective. The choreography is designed to be easy to follow, even for those of us with no dance experience.
Following this session, you will have the opportunity to attend a site tour of Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre and talk to the team if you have any questions about what Vision RCL have to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
