We are pleased to be offering a Touch Tour and live Audio Description of the parades with VocalEyes.  What is a Touch Tour? Touch Tours are for audiences to become familiar with the performance area, set, props and sounds used in the show. It is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have that would help when watching the show.  The Wanstead Touch Tour will take place from 4 pm-4:30 pm at Woodbine Centre and will include a visit to ‘Journey with Absent Friends’ installation.   What is Audio Description? Audio description (AD) is a verbal commentary that explains what is happening in theatre or TV, focusing on visual elements such as text on screen, characters’ appearances, facial expressions, movements, or visual jokes. (VocalEyes)  Accessibility note: There is a distance of approximately 100 metres which crosses a road from Woodbine Centre to Christchurch Green for the parade, we will travel as a group to a seated access area for the parade.
